Finance Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the local Finance Function in line with group strategic objectives
• Develop Finance policies and procedures in accordance with local regulatory requirements
• Register and maintain accreditation with the SCA as the accredited Operations Manager
• Liaise with the Head of Compliance to ensure timely filing of audited financial statements, Capital Adequacy reports, and Client Money Segregation reports
• Ensure accurate and timely submissions to the UAE Ministry of Finance and Federal Tax Authority
• Manage daily finance operations to ensure compliance with relevant laws and directives
• Draft and review Finance reports for the local Board of Directors and group companies
• Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax consultants, and other counterparties
• Oversee the timely closure of findings from internal, external, and regulatory audits

Requirements

• University degree in Finance or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the CFD/FX industry or a relevant field
• Compulsory CISI exams (UAE Financial Rules and Regulations and Global Securities Operation)
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic
• Willingness to travel overseas
