Our platform uses AI agents to automate and optimize performance marketing for small and mid-sized businesses.

Responsibilities

• Own the "Order-to-Cash" cycle, including customer invoicing, payment portals, and collections
• Lead end-of-month cleanup in QuickBooks to ensure seamless tax and reporting
• Manage end-to-end global payroll and workforce lifecycle via Rippling
• Administer the integrated expense and payroll stack using Ramp
• Ensure all taxable fringe benefits and reimbursements are accurately captured and synced
• Partner with leadership to automate and tackle business operations initiatives across R&D, People, and Sales & Marketing

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Finance Ops, BizOps, or Accounting
• Experience at a high-growth tech startup
• Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks
• Strong understanding of SaaS accounting nuances
• Extreme detail orientation and an operator mindset focused on automation
