Finance Operations & Governance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Document and optimize financial processes in collaboration with specialist departments
• Implement compliance guidelines and build/maintain risk management systems
• Identify and document risks within financial processes
• Support ERP implementation projects from functional and organizational perspectives
• Build and maintain the Internal Control System (ICS), including control testing and tracking improvements
• Prepare documentation for ICS audits and create status reports
• Develop intercompany guidelines and coordinate with international subsidiaries
• Define transfer pricing regulations and intercompany transaction processes
• Build and continuously update a comprehensive finance manual
• Contribute to strategic finance projects such as harmonization and digitalization

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
• 2-4 years of initial professional experience in finance, auditing, or management consulting
• Experience in process management, ERP projects, or ICS is ideal
• Experience in the semiconductor industry or R&D environments is a plus
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Knowledge of process modeling and documentation
• Basic understanding of compliance and risk management requirements
• Basic project management skills
• Very good German and English language skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
