Finance Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage daily financial operations accurately and efficiently
• Reconcile bank transaction reports with reports and documents from third parties
• Carry out payment and cash receipt activities in accordance with established operational cash flow procedures
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Prepare and provide financial operational data for financial reporting to the accounting team
• Ensure all daily financial operational activities align with business operations
• Maintain relationships with banking partners regarding business function integrations
• Ensure financial operational processes and transaction reporting are completed smoothly and on time
• Resolve issues related to financial operational activities in a timely manner

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of extensive experience in Finance, Administration, or related fields
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
