About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the finance workstream for New Product Introductions (NPI), ensuring new SKUs and pricing models are supported by billing engines and accounting policies
- Own the project lifecycle from discovery and business case development through post-launch stabilization
- Partner with GTM and Sales Ops to optimize the deal lifecycle from CRM quotes to revenue recognition
- Bridge the gap between finance and technical teams by documenting business requirement documents (BRD) and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Ensure system changes comply with ASC 606 standards and internal controls
- Develop and deliver change management and training programs for finance and sales teams
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, Finance Operations, Consulting, or Finance Program Management
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
- Deep domain knowledge of Quote-to-Cash cycles, GTM strategies, and Revenue Accounting (ASC 606)
- Technical proficiency with ERPs such as NetSuite
- Experience with CRM/Billing tools like Salesforce, CPQ, Zuora Billing, or Zuora RevPro
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
