Finance Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage client billing and accounts receivable functions
• Track and analyze expense reports for billable and non-billable expenses
• Coordinate with third-party billing as required
• Support the billing team and perform other assigned duties
• Interact directly with Managing Directors regarding billing questions or discrepancies

Requirements

• Intermediate working knowledge of MS Excel
• Experience in data analysis, trend analysis, or financial statement analysis
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field
• 1+ years of experience in a corporate or client service setting
• Experience with OpenAir
