Finance Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete order-to-cash cycle, including billing and quote processing
• Review and process signed quotes accurately in the billing software
• Coordinate with the Sales team to resolve discrepancies or missing information
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer billing inquiries and disputes
• Reconcile incoming payments and monitor AR aging reports
• Proactively follow up on overdue accounts to maintain healthy cash flow
• Prepare regular AR status reports for management
• Support ad hoc projects and collaborate to automate operational finance flows

Requirements

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• First experience in finance or accounting
• Must be based in Belgium
• Sincere, trustworthy, and discreet in handling sensitive financial information

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SaaS billing and subscription systems (e.g., Chargebee, HubSpot)
• Experience with Exact Online
