Finance Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level financial and staff resource processing, advice, and support to the Rural Clinical School.
• Handle complex financial and HR-related transactions with accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and service delivery across finance and staff resourcing activities.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, or HR administration.
• Demonstrated experience in high-volume financial or staff resource processing within a complex organisation.
• Strong analytical, numeracy, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
