About the role

Responsibilities

  • Generate client invoices and payment vouchers/RCTI for specialists
  • Manage debt collection and respond to accounts queries
  • Process customer receipts and prepare bank reconciliations
  • Assist with account reconciliations and month-end processes
  • Prepare monthly payments and assist with ad-hoc finance projects

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in an Accounts Clerk or similar role
  • Prior experience within a full function bookkeeping process
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
