About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate client invoices and payment vouchers/RCTI for specialists
- Manage debt collection and respond to accounts queries
- Process customer receipts and prepare bank reconciliations
- Assist with account reconciliations and month-end processes
- Prepare monthly payments and assist with ad-hoc finance projects
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in an Accounts Clerk or similar role
- Prior experience within a full function bookkeeping process
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
