About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure vendor information is up to date in A/R module
- Ensure invoices processed in the A/R ledger are coded with appropriate supplier and general ledger account codes
- Reconcile suppliers’ statement of account and follow-up for any missing invoices
- Regularly monitor the A/R ageing report and follow up on credit notes or missing invoices
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in Hospitality
- Accounting or related Degree
- Sound knowledge of general ledger coding and accounts structures
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Full working rights in Australia
