About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure vendor information is up to date in A/R module
  • Ensure invoices processed in the A/R ledger are coded with appropriate supplier and general ledger account codes
  • Reconcile suppliers’ statement of account and follow-up for any missing invoices
  • Regularly monitor the A/R ageing report and follow up on credit notes or missing invoices

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in Hospitality
  • Accounting or related Degree
  • Sound knowledge of general ledger coding and accounts structures
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Full working rights in Australia
