Finance Master Data Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve Finance master data governance and management
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of master data in Navision and SAP FI/CO
• Monitor data quality and drive sustainable improvements with Business, Tech, and Data teams
• Support and develop the Finance ERP landscape and its integrations
• Design, optimize, and automate master data processes
• Act as a key contact for data-related incidents and ensure GDPR compliance

Requirements

• University degree in Information Systems, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in master data management or data governance
• Hands-on knowledge with ERP systems such as SAP FI/CO, Navision/Dynamics 365, or Oracle
• Strong understanding of Finance systems and processes (GL, AP, AR)
• Proficiency with MDM concepts
• Good understanding of data models and hierarchical structures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data integration and transformation (IDocs, APIs, ETL)
• Familiarity with data quality tools
• Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards (GDPR)
