Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations
• Handle payroll processing, salary disbursement, and related reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and financial analysis reports
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and accounting entries in Tally
• Manage GST filings, GST reconciliations, and statutory compliance
• Handle corporate tax compliance, TDS filings, and annual tax returns
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

Requirements

• B.Com or M.Com degree
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts
• Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, GST, Corporate Tax, and Compliance
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP
• Expertise in MIS reporting and financial data analysis
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
• Experience in IT, SaaS, or Technology companies preferred
