Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, and Compliance teams to deliver accurate reporting and robust change management.
• Compile and own monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports for North American regulatory authorities.
• Act as a key finance stakeholder during regulatory examinations and external financial audits.
• Perform day-to-day oversight of North American legal entities, analyzing financial results and ensuring internal controls are executed.
• Collaborate with global finance engineering and product teams to optimize financial systems and automated reporting processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in financial controlling, financial audit, financial reporting, or management accounting.
• Strong foundational knowledge of both IFRS and US GAAP.
• Proven experience working with massive, raw datasets to build data-driven financial reports.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex financial and regulatory insights.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail regarding data integrity.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Proficiency moving beyond spreadsheets to query data directly (SQL experience is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a fintech company, broker-dealer, or regulated financial institution.
• Prior Big 4 accounting or consulting experience.
• Active CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification.
