Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable operations including invoice verification, coding, approvals, and vendor payments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and resolve invoice discrepancies or payment disputes
• Identify opportunities for automation and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Accounts Payable team, including performance reviews and training
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, statutory regulations, and internal financial controls
• Oversee vendor reconciliations, ageing analysis, and cash flow forecasting in coordination with Treasury teams
• Prepare periodic MIS reports regarding AP operations, liabilities, and payment cycles
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or Shared Services
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting standards, and statutory compliance
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Tally, Zoho, SAP, or Oracle
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with MIS reporting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance
