Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Korean regulations, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and withholding taxes
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes and prepare financial statements and management reports
• Coordinate with external auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits
• Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity, and working capital monitoring
• Act as a key finance stakeholder in D365 implementation, supporting UAT and process mapping
• Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization across finance operations
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align local practices with group standards

Requirements

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
• Strong knowledge of Korean taxation, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (D365 preferred)
• Fluent in both Korean and English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA (Korea) certification
• MBA in Finance or an equivalent advanced degree
