Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Korean regulations including VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and withholding taxes
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes and prepare financial statements
• Prepare and monitor short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts
• Act as a key finance stakeholder in D365 implementation projects
• Maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with K-GAAP/K-IFRS
• Coordinate with external auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits
• Drive process improvements and automation within the finance function

Requirements

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
• Strong knowledge of Korean taxation, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (D365 preferred)
• Fluent in both Korean and English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA (Korea) preferred
• MBA (Finance) or equivalent is a plus
