About the role

Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead the finance function for Seven Al Hamra Food Hall, including ERP and process stabilization
  • Implement financial controls, processes, and reporting frameworks
  • Deliver timely month-end reporting and performance dashboards for revenue and profitability
  • Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, and cashflow management
  • Oversee payments, supplier settlements, debt collection, and credit control
  • Prepare financial models and feasibility studies for new sites and commercial initiatives
  • Manage external audit relationships and ensure compliance with KSA accounting and tax requirements
  • Lead and scale the finance team as the business grows

Requirements

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent)
  • 10 to 15+ years of post-qualification experience
  • Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or site-based operations
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills
  • Proven experience managing and developing finance teams
