About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the finance function for Seven Al Hamra Food Hall, including ERP and process stabilization
- Implement financial controls, processes, and reporting frameworks
- Deliver timely month-end reporting and performance dashboards for revenue and profitability
- Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, and cashflow management
- Oversee payments, supplier settlements, debt collection, and credit control
- Prepare financial models and feasibility studies for new sites and commercial initiatives
- Manage external audit relationships and ensure compliance with KSA accounting and tax requirements
- Lead and scale the finance team as the business grows
Requirements
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent)
- 10 to 15+ years of post-qualification experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or site-based operations
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills
- Proven experience managing and developing finance teams
