Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead accurate and timely monthly financial reporting in line with local GAAP and Delta Group policies
• Maintain a fully reconciled general ledger with appropriate accruals and prepayments
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations including VAT and corporate tax
• Lead annual budgeting and year-end statutory financial reporting
• Manage a finance team of 5 people and establish measurable KPIs
• Exercise strict control over working capital including inventory, receivables, and payables
• Oversee order-to-cash processes for efficiency and compliance
• Participate in local management team decision-making
• Improve working capital through better stock control and streamlined invoicing
• Lead financial and commercial evaluation in contract reviews

Requirements

• 5-10 years experience in a global PLC environment
• Background in manufacturing and project supply industries
• Comprehensive understanding of working capital management
• Experience reviewing and negotiating customer contracts
• Proficiency in SAP finance modules
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
