Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations for the Residential BU in North America, including month-end close and consolidation
• Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Manage intercompany billing processes and perform AP/AR intercompany balance reconciliations
• Prepare and distribute monthly analysis of SG&A spending variances and partner with functional leaders
• Support forecasting and budgeting of shared service P&L and balance sheet accounts
• Assist with internal and external audit activities by organizing and presenting documentation
• Drive continuous improvement projects related to process design and financial reporting tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressively responsible financial accounting experience
• CPA certification required
• Proficiency in SAP
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with PowerBI
• Strong understanding of GAAP
