Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close process, including consolidation, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Oversee daily accounting operations, intercompany billing, and AP/AR balance reconciliations
• Prepare and distribute monthly analysis of SG&A spending variances to functional leaders
• Support forecasting and budgeting for shared service P&L and balance sheet accounts
• Assist with internal and external audit activities by organizing and presenting documentation
• Drive continuous improvement projects related to process design and financial reporting tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressively responsible financial accounting experience
• CPA certification required
• Proficiency in SAP and GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with PowerBI
