Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial activities for Qatar operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Monitor project financial performance regarding revenues, costs, margins, and cash flow
• Ensure accurate monthly closing, revenue recognition, accruals, and cost allocation
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reporting packages in compliance with IFRS and Group policies
• Manage project cash flow, including forecasts, collections, payments, and working capital
• Support contract and commercial reviews, monitoring variations, claims, and change orders
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts in collaboration with operations and procurement
• Supervise and coach the accounting team to ensure high-quality deliverables and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 8–12 years of finance experience with strong exposure to project controlling
• Experience in large infrastructure, construction, or project-based environments
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced reporting tools
• Solid understanding of IFRS and financial governance
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA
• Previous experience working in the Middle East, specifically in Qatar
