Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) including monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for Sales, Margin, and OPEX
• Partner with business leads to create annual Operating Plans and quarterly financial forecasts for retail customers
• Review and maintain retail customer P&Ls and provide monthly presentations to sales and marketing groups
• Provide financial insights to support New Product Development, pricing, and business unit growth
• Drive operational excellence through process improvement, automation, and standardization of financial reports
• Develop cross-functional relationships with Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing to achieve organizational targets

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• CPA designation or MBA accreditation
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or related roles
• Experience in the CPG or manufacturing industry
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with multiple ERP systems (SAP and Infor experience is a plus)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
