Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for Sales, Margin, and OPEX.
• Partner with business leads to create annual Operating Plans and quarterly financial forecasts for retail customers.
• Provide financial insights and P&L reviews to guide decision-making for sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvement, automation, and standardization of financial reports.
• Manage integration and system improvements between financial systems to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• CPA designation or MBA accreditation.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or related roles.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with multiple ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in the CPG or manufacturing industry is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a Big 4 Audit firm.
• Proficiency with SAP and Infor.
• Experience managing direct and indirect teams with a coaching and mentoring philosophy.
