About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, transform, and consolidate large volumes of data to drive operational efficiency and margin refinement.
  • Partner with finance functional teams to determine roadmaps for productivity, strategic pricing, and promotion effectiveness.
  • Create high-quality reports, analytics, and KPIs using best practices in data integrity and visualization.
  • Develop and maintain accurate global data structures for use in business ingestion and visualization tools.
  • Support continuous process improvement related to metrics, reporting, and business transformation efforts.
  • Participate in Quarterly Customer Forecasts and Annual Operating Plans.
  • Provide corporate reporting, analytical support, and actionable insights to key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, or a business-related field.
  • Completion of a CPA designation or MBA (or currently pursuing).
  • 5+ years of relevant financial experience; experience in Consumer Goods or Retail is preferred.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Hyperion HFM, SAP, or Essbase.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a detailed, accurate, and deadline-based environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, or Power Query.
  • Proven experience with process improvements and optimization.
