About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and closing cycles
  • Lead annual budgeting processes for revenue and expenses
  • Monitor project profitability and department-level P&L performance
  • Establish and enforce internal financial controls and manage audits
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital discipline
  • Act as a finance partner to HODs and Project Managers to support operational decisions
  • Lead and manage the finance team, including FP&A roles

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 12–18 years of finance experience in A&E, construction, or project-based environments
  • Strong experience in project financial management (POC, billing, margins)
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred
  • GCC exposure is a strong advantage

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA)
  • Experience in GCC markets
