About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and closing cycles
- Lead annual budgeting processes for revenue and expenses
- Monitor project profitability and department-level P&L performance
- Establish and enforce internal financial controls and manage audits
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital discipline
- Act as a finance partner to HODs and Project Managers to support operational decisions
- Lead and manage the finance team, including FP&A roles
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 12–18 years of finance experience in A&E, construction, or project-based environments
- Strong experience in project financial management (POC, billing, margins)
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred
- GCC exposure is a strong advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA)
- Experience in GCC markets
