Responsibilities
- Manage financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements
- Lead and develop high-performing finance teams
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls and process improvements
- Partner with executive and operational leaders to provide financial planning and performance analysis
- Drive cost optimization and business case development
Requirements
- Mandatory experience in Finance Management within the UAE healthcare sector
- Strong technical expertise in accounting and financial reporting
- Proven leadership experience and stakeholder management skills
- Deep knowledge of IFRS and statutory accounting standards
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle ERP
- Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management
- Experience leading finance transformation initiatives
- Proficiency in financial modeling
