Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end month-end close process across AU, NZ, and UK entities
• Lead annual audit preparation and act as the primary contact for external audit teams
• Provide review and sign-off on fortnightly payroll across three jurisdictions
• Manage all statutory compliance obligations including BAS/GST/VAT and payroll taxes
• Drive process improvement roadmaps and contribute to ERP transitions
• Oversee accounts payable, expense platform administration, and cashflow visibility

Requirements

• CA/CPA qualification
• Minimum of eight years post-qualification experience
• At least three years in a senior corporate finance environment
• Proven experience leading external audits and preparing statutory financial statements
• Demonstrated track record of implementing process improvements through technology or automation
• Experience with Xero, Subscript, or Aleph is an advantage
