Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end financial operations including invoicing, payments, and expense management
• Own project financial management, budgeting, cost tracking, and variance analysis
• Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow summaries, and financial statements
• Support strategic budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
• Coordinate with external stakeholders such as accountants, auditors, and banks
• Ensure financial compliance with regulations and maintain audit trails
• Analyze contract terms and manage milestone-based payments
• Build and improve internal finance processes and controls
• Provide analytical insights to support leadership decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in finance or accounting
• Expertise in project-based financial management and cost control
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems
• Solid understanding of financial compliance and regulatory standards
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, early-stage environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with government or semi-government project environments
