Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive periodic MIS reporting and financial dashboards to support management decision-making
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards
• Perform variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual) and assist in forecasting and long-term financial planning
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors to ensure timely completion of audits and maintain documentation
• Support FP&A activities, including financial modeling and identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Supervise Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, including billing, collections, and customer reconciliations
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and drive process automation

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate finance, Big 4 audit, or AR operations
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and audit procedures
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within an IT products or solutions company
• Working knowledge of Zohobooks
