Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of five, including Senior Accountants and AR/Credit specialists
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Support monthly financial close processes in accordance with U.S. and local GAAP
• Assist with local statutory reporting, external audits, and tax filings
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly financial forecasting
• Provide financial analysis and operational insights to Commercial and Operational leaders
• Identify opportunities for process simplification and internal control improvements
• Support capital expenditure planning and business case preparation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• 5–8 years of progressive finance or accounting experience
• Experience in a manufacturing or operations-focused environment
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and local statutory requirements
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or certified accountant designation
• Experience with financial consolidation systems like OneStream or Hyperion
• Experience with integrated ERP systems, specifically D365
• SOX exposure
