Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of five, including Senior Accountants and AR/Credit specialists, to ensure effective operations and alignment with business objectives.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.
• Manage the monthly financial close process in accordance with U.S. GAAP, local GAAP, and internal policies.
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and KPI reporting.
• Provide financial analysis and operational insights to Commercial and Operational leaders to support cost management and profitability.
• Assist with local statutory reporting, external audits, and tax filings.
• Identify opportunities to simplify financial processes and improve internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5–8 years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
• Experience working within a manufacturing or operations-focused environment.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and local statutory requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or a certified accountant designation.
• Experience with financial consolidation systems such as OneStream or Hyperion.
• Experience working with integrated ERP systems, specifically D365.
• Exposure to SOX compliance.
