Finance Manager SBS Ops

Responsibilities

• Prepare facility budgets, process maintenance charges, and establish improved service billing models to effectively allocate charges.
• Build and manage regional processes, business requirements, documentation, playbooks, and SOPs.
• Execute the regional transition program with a focus on standardization, harmonization, and process optimization.
• Work closely with SBS Service Delivery teams to design and deploy process improvement activities and tools.
• Oversee the SBS portion of regional acquisitions and divestitures.
• Develop programs to build expertise in operational excellence and implement training to reduce process variation and risk.
• Monitor progress on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure smooth handoffs between teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business.
• 5+ years of demonstrated Finance leadership experience with a focus on aligned process areas and business partnership.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead people both directly and through influence.
• Experience with transition and transformation programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA and/or CPA designation.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience leading and managing teams in a tiered shared services center setting.
