Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end financial operations including invoicing, payments, expenses, and collections
• Own project financial management, budgeting, and cost tracking
• Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow summaries
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, banks, and consultants
• Ensure financial compliance and proper documentation
• Support contract financial terms and milestone-based payments
• Build and document internal finance processes and controls
• Support the gradual build-out of the finance department

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
• Experience with project-based financial management
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to government or semi-government projects
• Willingness to grow into a broader finance leadership role
