About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the Space Systems segment, providing financial information and recommendations
- Support component businesses with monthly financial reporting, quarterly forecasts, and annual operating plans
- Develop and maintain weekly and monthly financial reporting, planning, and KPIs
- Lead dynamic business studies and adhoc analysis, including project ROI analysis
Requirements
- 8+ years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience
- In-depth experience with ERP, financial systems, and modeling
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Demonstrated experience implementing value-add financial business processes
- Willingness to travel if necessary
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with firm fixed price and percent complete revenue recognition
- Prior experience in the aerospace or space industry
- Experience with LN, OneStream, Adaptive, or WorkDay HRIS
- MBA or similar finance/accounting related degree
- Strong cross-functional business partner experience
