Finance Manager - Record To Report

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and operational management of Record-to-Report (RTR) functions.
• Oversee general ledger accounting, month-end and year-end close, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage intercompany accounting, fixed assets, and financial reporting support.
• Drive standardization and process optimization across global finance operations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, corporate policies, and SOX requirements.
• Support external and internal audits and partner with FP&A, tax, and treasury teams.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, close calendars, and service delivery metrics.
• Support ERP implementation, migration, and finance transformation initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing RTR organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field.
• Professional qualification is required (ACCA, CPA, MIA, ICAEW, or equivalent).
• 12+ years of relevant experience in general accounting, reporting, and tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, with US GAAP experience being a plus.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Shared Service Center (SSC) setup, transitions, or finance transformation projects.
• Exposure to large-scale system implementations or process transformation initiatives.
