Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the DFSA and other regulatory authorities, managing all communications and correspondence.
• Prepare and submit all required DFSA prudential regulatory returns on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Ensure full compliance with DFSA rules, DIFC financial regulations, and applicable IFRS standards.
• Oversee the consolidation and financial requirements across all Raseed entities.
• Manage the firm’s financial projections, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.
• Lead the entire audit process in collaboration with external auditors.
• Produce accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Monitor regulatory capital and liquidity requirements on an ongoing basis.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
• Maintain and update the Accounting Policies and Procedures Manual.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Recognized professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA, or CMA).
• 5–7 years of relevant finance experience, preferably within a DFSA or FSRA regulated firm.
• Deep knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and DFSA prudential reporting.
• Proven experience in financial audits, budgeting, and managing operations for multiple entities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data analytics tools for financial reporting.
