Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports to internal stakeholders and shareholders
• Conduct deep financial analysis to support business performance and identify trends
• Support the preparation of shareholder reporting materials and board-level presentations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial performance with business strategy
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and internal policies
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and forecasts
• Contribute to strategic planning through financial modelling and scenario analysis
• Support internal and external audits
• Translate financial data and insights for English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in finance within an international company
• Strong experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Proven experience in shareholder reporting and executive-level stakeholder management
• Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
• Strong understanding of international financial standards
