Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, P&L reports, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes
• Monitor hotel revenues, expenses, and profitability while providing recommendations for efficiency
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts
• Monitor departmental expenses against budget and identify financial risks or opportunities
• Maintain internal controls across all departments, including purchasing, inventory, and payroll
• Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Cashier, and Income Audit functions
• Review payroll accuracy, including overtime, service charges, and incentives
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to foster accountability and teamwork

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
• 5–7 years of finance experience
• Strong knowledge of hotel financial systems and PMS platforms
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and labor laws

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the hospitality industry
• Direct experience in hotel finance roles
