Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead financial management and reporting for the Sales and Customer portfolio
• Provide key insights and analysis to assist business decision making
• Aggregate and review business unit results with key finance stakeholders
• Ensure strong financial governance and compliance across P&L and balance sheet
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage financial results and expectations

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• CA, CPA, or MBA qualification
• 7+ years of experience in Financial Management or Accounting
• Experience leading and mentoring a small team
• Ability to design, build, and evaluate financial models and budget/forecast analysis
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Detailed understanding of business unit cost drivers
• Understanding of financial and business processes underpinning forecasts and budgets
