Finance Manager, Program Controls

Responsibilities

• Lead program controls for the sustainment portfolio within the Air Dominance business unit, focusing on fixed-price contracts and factory performance.
• Partner with program leadership and cross-functional teams including PMO, supply chain, contracts, operations, and government agencies to drive execution.
• Provide critical financial insight and analysis to support strategic decisions and achieve bottom-line results.
• Manage the full financial lifecycle, including proposals, negotiations, contract setup, baselining, execution, and close-out.
• Drive process improvements and spread financial knowledge across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and 5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (including Pivot tables, Vlookups, and conditional formatting).
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance.
