Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of financial and operational performance
• Manage day-to-day finance operations including cash flow, payments, payroll, and P&L
• Secure compliance with tax, VAT, and transfer pricing standards
• Support management with strategic decisions regarding budgets and management accounts
• Report to investors on a monthly basis and participate in board meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with outstanding results
• 8+ years of experience in finance, auditing, or assurance
• Valid EU work permit
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and systematic process orientation
• High sense of urgency and ownership
