Finance Manager OPS

Responsibilities

• Manage financial planning processes including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning
• Partner with manufacturing sites to create and update data analysis models and dashboards for performance monitoring
• Support quarter-end close processes and generate insightful variance explanations
• Provide business insights, improvement opportunities, and updates to standard costs
• Develop and deliver executive presentations and provide thought leadership to drive process efficiencies
• Assist with coaching and mentoring junior staff and manage team priorities alongside the Senior Manager
• Support ad hoc projects and analysis as required

Requirements

• Master’s degree and 2 years of Finance experience, OR Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of Finance experience, OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of Finance experience, OR High school diploma and 12 years of Finance experience
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Proficiency with financial reporting and planning tools

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive finance, accounting, or financial planning experience
• Knowledge of SAP/S4, Tableau, ANAPLAN, and Hyperion
• Experience supporting a biotech operations or manufacturing organization
• Ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance individuals
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or CodeEX
• MBA and/or CPA certification
• Ability to work effectively in a complex matrix environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
