Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all financial reporting matters, including monthly financial closures and internal reporting requirements
• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide strategic advice to business leaders
• Deliver monthly P&L forecasting, revenue forecasting, and project tracking
• Conduct financial planning and analysis, including project profitability, staff utilization, and rate card reviews
• Oversee day-to-day finance operations, project accounting, WIP management, and job reconciliations
• Provide commercial support for project teams regarding pricing, risk management, and contract negotiations
• Oversee local statutory compliance, including audit management, tax filing, and payroll
• Act as a trusted advisor to Australian and APAC leadership, supporting group finance initiatives and shared services

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant professional work experience
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on compliance and cost-effective solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven ability to build and nurture positive working relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the marketing or events industry
