Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations, including monthly reporting, management reports, and cash flow analysis
• Develop annual budgets, financial plans, and weekly forecasts while performing variance analysis
• Manage cost centre-wise Profit & Loss analysis and monitor project/job code profitability
• Direct treasury functions, banking relationships, and working capital optimization
• Ensure strict compliance with UAE VAT regulations, Corporate Tax, and statutory obligations
• Coordinate internal and external audits to maintain strong financial governance
• Provide strategic advisory to senior management regarding business risks and profitability enhancement
• Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounting Department to promote accountability and accuracy

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Finance & Accounting
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Finance Manager within the GCC
• Proven experience in Shipyard, Offshore, EPC, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Engineering industries

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, CA, or ACCA professional qualification
