Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support to Plant Management and oversee manufacturing cost accounting.
• Manage and control budgets for assets and operating expenses, ensuring productivity compliance.
• Analyze production costs and provide strategic financial advisory to operations.
• Coordinate and execute monthly financial and operational closings in alignment with corporate directives.
• Plan, coordinate, and present monthly forecasts and annual budgets, including hourly cost calculations.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican and American financial reporting standards (NIF and US GAAP).
• Oversee tax, social security, and accounting obligations, including the Maquila program.
• Coordinate and execute internal and external tax and fiscal security audits.
• Lead, train, and develop direct reports to foster career growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Operations, Quality, and Materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Titulado).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years of managerial experience.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP and Advanced Excel.
• Valid US Visa (required).
• Availability to travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with PowerBI and Tress.
