Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations in the Dubai office
• Prepare, review, and present weekly, monthly, and annual balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow reports in accordance with IFRS
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Corporate Tax laws and FTA VAT regulations, as well as UK HMRC guidelines
• Develop robust financial models, annual budgets, and monthly cash flow forecasts
• Deliver variance analysis to senior leadership to guide strategic decision-making
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies in both the UAE and the UK
• Implement and maintain tight internal controls and financial policies

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive, post-qualification experience in finance or accounting management
• Minimum of 1 year of proven working experience directly within the UK market
• Fully qualified professional accounting certification (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA)
• Proven expertise in managing weekly, monthly, and yearly balance sheets and financial closures
• Expertise in IFRS and dual-market tax compliance (UK and UAE)
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Dubai and availability to join immediately
