Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations and prepare weekly, monthly, and annual balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow reports.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Corporate Tax laws and FTA VAT regulations, while managing UK tax compliance and HMRC guidelines.
• Develop financial models, annual budgets, and monthly cash flow forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies in both the UAE and the UK.
• Implement internal controls and optimize financial processes through ERP and accounting software management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive, post-qualification experience in finance or accounting management.
• At least 1 year of proven working experience directly within the UK market.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
• Expertise in managing tight reporting cycles, including weekly, monthly, and yearly balance sheets.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in our Dubai office and availability to join immediately.
