Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury management, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity monitoring.
• Manage banking relationships, financing facilities, and corporate banking requirements.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L reports, and profitability analyses.
• Oversee monthly and year-end financial close processes in compliance with IFRS.
• Manage tax compliance, including VAT, WHT, Corporate Income Tax, and Transfer Pricing.
• Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Lead external audits and statutory financial reporting.
• Oversee ERP governance, process improvements, and finance transformation projects.
• Partner with senior management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, treasury, and financial planning.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and KSA taxation and compliance frameworks.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel/financial reporting tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills at a senior level.
