Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end closing activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
• Drive monthly budget vs. actual performance analysis and prepare management reports
• Conduct periodic front-office pay-out calculations, reviews, and distributions
• Partner with management, front-office business lines, and HR as a key business partner
• Prepare annual financial statements and assist with regulatory and tax reporting
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Manage one part-time direct report and oversee local finance reporting
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adhere to the operational risk framework

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• CA, CPA, CGMA, or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related finance role
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience working within a regulated environment
• Excellent communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the financial services industry
• Experience using PeopleSoft accounting software
