Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the finance function, including bookkeeping, accounting, controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity management
• Timely and correct monthly and annual reporting
• Management reporting and performance tracking to provide transparency for the CEO, board, and owners
• Business support and sparring with management regarding financial and commercial decisions
• Development of KPIs and performance management
• Optimization of financial processes, systems, and internal controls
• Responsibility for compliance, auditing, and collaboration with external parties

Requirements

• Solid experience in a similar role within a company focused on operations and growth
• Experience working closely with management and decision-makers
• Ability to translate financial data into concrete insights and actions
• Relevant higher education in economics or finance
• Experience with ERP systems
• Strong Excel skills
• Analytical mindset with a hands-on approach
